The behavior of the receptionist.. he's behavior is rude to the customer..I'm a business traveller usually like a couple of my business partners I'll visit me to have a talk about business... from the last 7 years I've been traveling to Dubai non of the hotels have stopped my visitors...but this hotel I'm very much disappointed..and my business partners ass well he ..the receptionist ask my business partners to still in reception and have a talk there... who's the hell is he ask me to sit on the reception..I'm very very much ? disappointed with the (melody queen hotel...) one of the worst hotel i have ever visited.. #ac is not working..#fan is not working #tv is not working # shower water is like a Lava very very hot ?.... totally waste of money

It is completely unthinkable, they have cancelled my confirmed booking and put us in danger at 3pm. When we ask them for solution they said talk to booking.com, I never experienced such bad hospitality from a hotel business
